If you are looking to check on a Sensor that is currently in use or has already been used, you can look up the Serial Number through the Reader or the FreeStyle LibreLink app or FreeStyle Libre 2 app.

No. The situation only impacts certain sensors within specific lots of FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor kits. No other Abbott diabetes products are affected.

Please note, you can only enter one Sensor Serial Number at a time. Each time you enter a Sensor Serial Number, you will need to provide your contact information for shipment of a replacement.
