How to find your Sensor Serial Number

The Sensor Serial Number (SN) can be found on the Sensor Applicator Label, Sensor Container Label and on the bottom of the Sensor Kit Carton.

If you are wearing a Sensor, you can find the Serial Number (SN) in the Reader or App

From the Settings Menu select System Status, then System Info

App​
From the Main Menu select About Screen​
